Tribe Happenings: Battle of Vicksburg

History came to life in Mrs. Johnson's Mississippi Studies class! Students have been learning about the Battle of Vicksburg and put their knowledge into action with a classroom reenactment. The classes divided into opposing sides and recreated the historic battle for a fun, hands-on learning experience. What a great way to bring Mississippi history off the page and into the classroom!
