School News and Updates


  • A reminder that we will have our Thanksgiving Holidays next week.

  • Tuesday begins our 12 Days of BJH Christmas. Join us in dressing up for the holidays. Find the dress up days here!

  • PTO needs volunteers to work the PBIS breaks and school dances. Please click on the link to sign up: PBIS Breaks Sign Up

  • We will not have the Winter Dance that was mentioned in last week's round-up. If we reschedule, we will let you know!

  • We have a lot going on over the next few weeks. We've tried to add everything below just so everyone is aware of all the activities coming up!

Important Reminders

  • As the weather starts to cool down, please remember to dress warmly in school-appropriate clothing. Blankets should be left at home, and hoods must be down while on campus so we can easily recognize everyone’s smiling faces. Ski masks or face coverings are not permitted.

  • Let’s make sure we’re using our iPads for learning—they’re a great tool to help you succeed in class!

  • Cell phones may be used during lunch in the cafeteria only. At all other times, please keep them safely stored in your bookbag so we can stay focused and engaged during the school day.
 

Academic Corner: Let's All Work Hard

  • Remember, if a student needs extra help, please reach out to the teacher.

  • Late buses are available for Tuesday/Thursday tutoring. Make sure to turn in your forms if you are staying after school.

  • Struggling in a class? Make sure your teacher knows!
