Starfish of the Week - Coach Laird

Coach Laird is more than just an incredible teacher—he’s a mentor, a coach, and a role model whose impact reaches far beyond the classroom. He has a genuine gift for building meaningful relationships with his students, making each one feel seen, heard, and supported. His dedication doesn’t stop at the school bell either. As the coach for both the junior high and high school golf teams, Coach Laird brings the same passion, patience, and encouragement to the course as he does to his classroom.

Even more inspiring is the love and pride he has for his adorable child  Jack-proof that his care and kindness extend into every part of his life. Students, athletes, and coworkers alike are lucky to know him, and his “starfish” level attitude leaves a lasting mark!
