Biloxi Jr. High Educators Selected for National STEM Fellowship

Cyber Foundations teachers, Rebecca Rigby and Syhann Shoemake, were selected to participate in the X-STEM Fellowship Program, a national initiative developed in partnership with the National Imperative for Industrial Skills (NIIS) and the U.S. Department of Defense. The fellowship is designed to equip teachers with resources and professional learning so they can spark student interest in high-demand STEM career pathways such as engineering, advanced manufacturing, and metrology. Through this opportunity, our teachers will bring back new ideas, lessons, and connections that will benefit our students and community. This is an incredible chance to expand opportunities for our students and continue preparing them for the future.
