BJH KIDS AMERICAN HEART CHALLENGE

Good Evening Parents/Guardians,

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the final day for students to sign up for the BJH Kids American Heart Challenge!  We’re encouraging all students to take part and complete Finn’s Mission, a program created by the American Heart Association to teach and empower young people about heart health, cardiac emergencies, and how to respond using Hands-Only CPR.  It’s a powerful initiative that helps students support their own health while also making a difference in their communities.

By participating, students will:

• Learn the importance of healthy eating
• Understand the risks of tobacco and smokeless tobacco products
• Gain life-saving skills, including Hands-Only CPR and how to recognize the warning signs of a stroke
