Career Exploration Day 2025

Career Exploration Day is Friday, 2/28/25.  Qualifying students obtained an overall or final grade of 75 or above in any of the tested subject areas and/or scored ADVANCED OR PROFICIENT on MAAP (ELA, Reading, Math, U.S. History, or Science) at the conclusion of the 2024 academic school year.   

Students wishing to take advantage of this activity will be required to complete the Career Day Google Form,  no later than Friday, March 14, 2025.  During this career exploration opportunity, students may “research” a career with a parent or a parent designee or visit a workplace of their choosing. Upon completion of the Google Form, the absence will be marked as excused. Students who qualify for Career Day but do not complete the Google Form will receive an unexcused absence if they are absent on 2/28/25.  Students who do not qualify for Career Day are expected to be present at school. If they are absent, it will be an unexcused absence.  

Career Day letters were distributed to students during Study Hall tomorrow, 2/21/25. 

There is a Career Day Google Classroom that ALL qualifying students must join to complete the Google Form for attendance.  The classroom code is printed on the Career Day letters.
