2024-2025 BJHS Teacher of the Year - Ms. Jennifer Salloum

Our Biloxi Junior High School Teacher of the Year is the exceptional Jennifer Salloum, a dedicated 7th Grade ELA teacher with fifteen years of experience. As the sponsor of our school’s Book Club, she fosters a love for reading and encourages meaningful discussions among students. Outside the classroom, Ms. Salloum enjoys spending time with her daughters and is an avid runner.

Ms. Salloum is a true leader in education, known for her creativity, collaborative mindset, and ability to inspire both students and colleagues with her passion for learning and commitment to excellence. Known for her creativity and ability to bring fun into the classroom, she inspires her students to learn with enthusiasm and passion. Her door is always open to discuss ideas, brainstorm projects, or simply share inspiration. She has created a welcoming environment where her colleagues feel supported and empowered to innovate.
